Description:
Who has not known grief and loss? There are so many experiences of grief…from losing your favorite toy to losing a loved one, from divorce and heartbreak to loss of financial security. It is at times so difficult and unbearable, but the pain of loss is often intensified and prolonged by your lack of understanding of your existence and the role grief, loss and death play in your life. This workshop is a journey into the understanding of these dynamics and the development of grace in your life. OBJECTIVES Clearly understand the processes of loss, pain and grief and their vital relationships to your awakening. Learn how to consciously encounter loss and grief with greater understanding, certainty and grace. Transform your ability to deal with loss and pain. BENEFITS Transform your experiences of loss and grief into acceptance through increased consciousness. Experience Grace as a natural outcome of letting-go. Utilize consciousness as the power to “see” through loss and see the appointed role of all events, good and bad, in your life. FAQs What should I expect? Following a beginning foundation of the subject matter, all of our programming and instructional processes are highly experiential and are based upon the dynamics and needs of the groups. You will not find canned-ham programming in any of our workshops. Our materials are of the highest quality, unique and are relevant and applicable to your everyday life. The last day of the program usually ends a little earlier. How should I dress? As relaxed as you prefer. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from Asheville? There is ample parking on our campus. You can also use the large parking lot across the street behind the church should overflow occur. We recommend Walter Marvel and Marvel Transportation (828-280-1698) for all of your transportation needs. Walter is a first-class gentleman who provides a first-class service. Who are the instructors? Your instructors for the program are Haydn Hasty, MA, EdS, PhD, President, Terry Hasty, MS, Vic-President and Robert Wilkinson, Cosmologist and Astrologer. What restaurants / hotels do you recommend? We recommend Bouchon (downtown) Vivian (west Asheville) and Cucina 24 (downtown), all of which are less than 10 minutes from our office. The new Bouchon, Rendez-Vous, located about a mile from WellSpring, is expected to,open May, 2019. Welcoming another new addition to your family?  Is your older child excited about becoming a big sibling but not sure what their new title really means? Register now for this awesome Sibling Class. The Sibling Class is designed for children ages 2 and older. Each class we sit together and learn the basics about newborns - what they are wearing when they are born, how babies communicate, and what babies need (diapers, clothes, blankets, love). We talk about the process of labor and birth in G-rated fashion - where moms and dads go to have a baby or what it will be like to have a baby at home, how the baby gets out of mom, what are those funny sounds mom is making, and that mom is OK. Children are encouraged to bring a baby doll or baby-sized stuffed animal to class so they can diaper, clothe, swaddle, and hold the baby. They will learn the important ways they can help when the new baby comes home and learn how to "play" with thier little sibling and show the baby love. Each class includes time to read a book, watch a birth story, and do a craft and ebbs and flows to hold the attention of the various ages in the group. Although this class is primarliy focused on the children, parents will learn tips about integrating the new baby to the mix, including ways to welcome the new baby, how siblings can help with the day-to-day tasks a newborn requires, transitioning to a family of four or more, and how to prepare children for the birth of their new brother or sister.  The class will also have resources on what to expect, the changing family dynamics, challenges with older children such as toilet training and sleep.   The children will create a onesie for the new baby and create a big brother/sister tee shirt for themselves. They will also receive "I'm the Big Brother/Sister" certificate upon completing the class  YOU MAY ALSO LIKE: Childbirth Refresher Class We also offer class bundles:  Childbirth Refresher Class + Welcome Little Baby Sibling Class

Description:
What is the cause of good health? You have easily observed at one time or another that your inner attitude has the power to influence outer circumstances. Sometimes for good, sometimes for bad. When you are in a state of harmony and your actions conform to the deeper truth of your being, you have witnessed impossibilities become possibilities. But when there is inner turmoil, whether mental, physical, emotional or spiritual, this “suffering” inevitably invites negative outer circumstances, an accident, or illness. Essentially, good health comes not from rest but from waking up. OBJECTIVES Create an integral approach (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) to wellness through mapping. Transform your physical being through greater spiritual understanding of the forces of contraction and expansion in your life. Use your state of health as the vehicle to address the nucleus that makes up your health or lack of it. BENEFITS Face health and illness with courage, calmness and certitude. Experience the power within you that exceeds the skill of a million physicians. Walk away with a transformed understanding of health and healing through increased consciousness.
